What are your workplace's challenges?

Many employees are suffering. The accumulation of workplace demands, the erosion of boundaries between work and home, and increasing uncertainties about their futures, leave employees physically, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted.

Employee suffering is caused by:

  • Burn out

  • Toxic culture

  • Stress

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Not being recognized

  • Drain from unresolved conflict

  • Feeling unappreciated

"I’m doing the
work that two people used to do!"
“My boss doesn’t understand.”
“Why bother? What difference do I make?”

Work doesn't have to hurt!
